Our MBA in Executive Management is specifically designed for engineers, IT specialists, and other non-business professionals who want to develop their management and leadership skills while gaining a global perspective, particularly focusing on international business.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including financial data analysis, Agile project management, strategic management, business ethics, and sustainability. It provides you with the tools necessary to effectively lead teams, manage projects, and make informed business decisions. Additionally, you can choose a specialization consisting of two modules. This will deepen your understanding and knowledge, helping you achieve your professional goals. Our elective portfolio, updated annually, includes excellent electives such as leadership, blockchain, social media marketing, logistics, risk management, and entrepreneurship. Students can also gain practical experience in a professional business environment by completing a 22-week internship in the third semester and earning an additional 30 ECTS credits.
