About: MBA in Executive Management at The International Graduate Center (IGC), founded by HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, is a full-time MBA for engineers and IT specialists with non-business degrees. Taught 100% in English, it covers financial data analysis, Agile project and strategic management, business ethics and sustainability. A 22-week internship in semester three gives 30 ECTS; you choose a two-module specialization and electives.
Career Outcomes: Graduates enter project management, product management, operations management, management consulting, business development and technology management roles in global engineering, IT, consulting and industry, plus senior leadership or startup paths.

It provides you with the tools necessary to effectively lead teams, manage projects, and make informed business decisions. Additionally, you can choose a specialization consisting of two modules. This will deepen your understanding and knowledge, helping you achieve your professional goals. Our elective portfolio, updated annually, includes excellent electives such as leadership, blockchain, social media marketing, logistics, risk management, and entrepreneurship. Students can also gain practical experience in a professional business environment by completing a 22-week internship in the third semester and earning an additional 30 ECTS credits.
