In IED Kunsthal Bilbao, design education is developed from a comprehensive, humanistic, and experiential perspective. From its industrial past, Bilbao has successfully reinvented itself through culture, design, and innovation. Compared to other major urban centers, it also offers an accessible, safe, and non-overcrowded city, allowing for a closer, higher-quality way of living and studying.
In this context, IED Kunsthal Bilbao is located in Zorrozaurre, one of the city’s main urban transformation areas, where new ways of living, creating, and learning are being shaped in dialogue with companies, institutions, and cultural agents.
