Curriculum
The Master in Management (MIM) program is an 11-month journey tailored to your learning needs and career objectives. During the Core Period, you will explore business fundamentals and important skills to help you succeed in any career you might choose to pursue. The Concentration Period will allow you to specialize in a particular discipline aligned with your career objectives. The final Elective Period provides further opportunity for program personalization with over 50 elective courses to choose from.

The Pre-Program and Start Module are designed to familiarize you (or refresh) with fundamental concepts and skills that are necessary to maximize your learning throughout the program.

First and second term: core
The first two terms in the program are Core Periods. All Master in Management students takes these courses regardless of their concentration since they provide the fundamental building blocks for a successful business career.
First term
Lasting two months, this first foundational period focuses on business management cornerstones and ensures that all Master in Management students have the tools and skills they’ll need through the program, regardless of their academic background.

During the third term, with solid foundations now in place, it’s time to focus on what exactly you want from your degree. Strategic Management Track
The Strategic Management Concentration is for those who want to focus on corporate and business strategy and are looking to pursue a career in management consulting or corporate strategy. The prerequisites are to have a quantitative background, and a competitive GMAT*. This concentration has a unique selection process as it is tailored for the most committed professionals who will stay “on track” from beginning to end. Once the program has started, this concentration cannot be chosen or changed.
For the fourth term, this concentration allows you to carry out:

Career Success
Career Success is a comprehensive and mandatory course designed in collaboration with top recruiters, alumni, and education providers with a clear goal: equipping you with key skills you will need to succeed in your career journey. The foundations acquired in the Career Success classes are complemented by advising sessions (both in groups and one-on-one) with general and sector-specific advisors. Program delivery
This is a full-time, one-year program taught in person in Madrid. Students can do the program either fully in English or in a bilingual format (English + Spanish).
Program Admission Requirements
Show your commitment and readiness for Grad school by taking the GRE - the most broadly accepted exam for graduate programs internationally.
