This program will allow you to:
- Get an overview of the possibilities that the internet and the digital ecosystem offer for the creation or evolution of any type of enterprise (new technologies and digital business models).
- Understand the evolution that the market and the offline/online consumer have experienced, with the end user and the strategic development of the digital go-to-market plan playing a much more relevant role in all areas: marketing, sales, and back-/front-office operations.
- Zoom in on available digital technologies: understanding and application of new technologies in business and in the go-to-market plan of new digital business models, services, and products. Deep dive into the understanding and application of disruptive technologies such as Industry 4.0, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Use different methodologies to develop business models, as well as project management, service development techniques, and management of the development of organizations involved in digital transformation.

Term 1
The first term builds the fundamentals of coding, data, and statistics. It explores digital strategy, analytics, and business tech strategy/management, and examines the different digital business models and digital finance. In digital marketing and sales, Term 1 covers UX, social media, and market research.

Term 2
The second term is focused on digital processes and operations, the human aspects of digital business, and tech change. It covers everything from Ops strategy to supply-chain management, through HR and talent management to dealing with emerging tech like blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Term 3
Term 3 looks at tech strategy and digital transformation, business analytics and insights, and the realities of automation.
