The Master’s degree program in Church Administration and Leadership is designed to answer the call to provide the necessary tools to engage in productive and effective leadership. This Master’s program prepares Conference, Union, Division, hospital, and school administrators, among others, that desire to become leaders in the field of Church administration, in order to work at a higher level of performance and effectiveness in their respective positions or responsibilities.

This fully online program is designed for professionals from different fields willing to transmit their knowledge in areas such as, but not limited to: educators, program developers, coordinators, and administrators of educational institutions, people aware of the need to acquire proficiency in their respective fields of expertise and to develop, implement and/or coordinate online programs. This program provides knowledge and skills necessary to master the design and implementation of online instruction, which transforms the professional in this area into a highly specialized leader.
