Introduction

Our Human Services Administration Program (HSAD) promotes excellence in education enlightened by Christian faith and values along with preparing graduates to excel in the 21st century in an administrative capacity in non-profit agencies, schools, health care centers, and other community-based organizations while assisting those who are vulnerable and underrepresented. The Human Services Administration interdisciplinary program provides students with skills required to seeking leadership or specialist roles in social services, criminal justice programs, child welfare organizations, developmental disabilities, health care services, gerontology, program management, educational settings for preschool-aged children, or residential treatment programs.

Graduates of the Human Services Administration program are required to successfully complete 55 hours of foundational curriculum classes, 33 hours of Human Service Administration, and complete the chosen specialization track. The four specialization tracks include: adult services, preschool and childcare, public health, and applied behavior analysis administrators.
