Introduction
This uniquely developed international business degree gives recent graduates the knowledge, skills, and experience to become global managers with excellent international employment prospects. The program will enable you to learn and develop the fundamentals of business and management while developing language and intercultural skills.
The mission of the MSc Management in International Business program is to provide employers worldwide with intercultural-aware graduates who have developed key skills and competencies in international business and management.
- Prior Higher Education: 3-year Bachelor level
- Level: Master's Degree. Diploma aimed at Bac +5 conferring the Master's degree: "Higher studies diploma in strategic management of international activities". RNCP 37252.

Curriculum
The program focuses on the knowledge required by managers in different sectors to work in international companies and environments. It is a strong generalist program that integrates all the core management courses and uses cross-functional approaches to apply these key fields while providing students with an international specialization.
Foreign language skills are essential in business today. The program is taught in English. No prior knowledge of French is required to attend the program. Students are required to study a second language during the first year of the program
Year 1
Fall Semester
Core Courses: Strategic Management, Research Methods, Accounting, Managing Global Teams, Managerial Economics, Languages, Project Management, Sustainability in International Business, Corporate Finance, International Negotiation, Field Project
Spring Semester
Specializations: Languages, International perspective in marketing, Strategic and Geopolitical Intelligence, Globalization Strategy, Responsible leadership, Corporate Geopolitics
Professional Tracks:
Students choose one of the following:
- Work Experience: Four to six months of internship or employment, anywhere in the world
- Start-Up Project: Four to five months working on your idea full-time with the support of a mentor (your project must be validated by the coaching center)
- Professional Certificate: Students choose from a catalog of professional online certificates developed by GEM
Year 2
Fall Semester
Specializations: Languages, Risk Management, Advanced Financial Accounting, Advanced Research Methods, Managing Individual and Organizational Change, International Financial Risk Management, Business Analytics, Managing Technology and Innovation, Budgeting and Controlling, Legal Environment in International Business
Spring Semester
Specializations: Corporate Geopolitics, Legal Environment in International Business, Global Business Operations-Serious Game, Creativity and Design Thinking, Strategic Entrepreneurship project
Languages
Learning a foreign language is an integral part of the program in order to graduate. Non-French speakers may choose from a number of other languages at the beginner level.
Final Dissertation
The specialized Final dissertation is one of the core components of the second year of the program. Students begin in September and will complete it by the end of the academic year.
