Introduction
Our MSc will enable you to develop an artistic and emotional sense for detecting trends in society, adapt research methods to the professional environment, use emotional and sensory methods to create, prototype, and test solutions, and explore alternative modes of communication to present your results.

Skills Acquired
The mission of the MSc in Design & Innovation Management is to equip students to:
- Develop an artistic and emotional sense for detecting trends in society. You'll learn to identify emerging signals in society using an artistic approach, helping you stay abreast of developments and anticipate changing needs. (ethnography, design fiction, etc.)
- Adapt research methods to the business environment. You'll cultivate the skills to translate research methods specific to design into a management context, enabling the application of design creativity to corporate problem-solving (gamification, design thinking, etc.)
- Use emotional and sensory methods to create, prototype, and test solutions. You will develop the ability to design, prototype, and test products and services that evoke positive emotions in users, based on sensory approaches (sketch note, mock-up, 3D, etc.)
- Explore alternative modes of communication to present your results. You'll learn to communicate in innovative ways, using unconventional visual, verbal, or physical communication methods to deliver and present your ideas and achievements effectively (data physicalization, podcasts, etc.).

- Innovation Director: This role involves leading and overseeing innovation strategies within an organization, promoting creative thinking and design-based approaches to problem-solving
- Service Designer: Service designers work on the design and improvement of services, focusing on the user experience and ensuring that services are user-friendly, efficient, and effective
- Customer Experience Manager: Customer experience managers are responsible for managing and improving the overall experience customers have with a company or brand, ensuring positive interactions and satisfaction throughout the customer management of products throughout their lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. They work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the success of products that meet customer needs.
