Introduction

The aim of the Master of Education in Hotel Management program is to form a Master of Tourism, Hospitality and Management with an academic degree, high citizenship, individual qualities, and democratic thinking, who will be employed in managerial positions in the field of Hotel Management, and will have:

- Skills in Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hospitality and Hotel Services Marketing, Hotel Human Resources Management, Food & Beverage Quality Control, Hotel Event Planning, Hotel Management Economics, and Accounting Mechanisms, Resort Management and Research System;

- Skills of effective hotel management and optimal management decision making;

- Ability to independently plan and implement research on the complex problems of tourism and hospitality management;

- the values ​​and responsibilities that determine their successful career in the hotel business;

The program allows students to pursue doctoral studies and further employment in their managerial positions in the hotel business.
