The Hospitality Management associate degree allows you to choose a path that fits your interests through the Hospitality Management degree, which focuses on the skills needed for hotel and resort management, or in one of two concentration areas: Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food and Beverage, or Hospitality Management with a concentration in Tourism and Attractions.
This two-year associate degree begins with foundation customer service and management courses common to all three concentration areas before branching into courses specific to your area of concentration. The final courses of the program address advanced management courses and topics specific to your concentration.
Learning By Doing
Students will have the opportunity to visit area business to learn from those already in the field. In class, students will have ample service and management role-playing opportunities. Internships make for a seamless transition into the workforce. Students in the Hospitality Management – Food and Beverage concentration area will also work with the Culinary Arts program on the Racine and Elkhorn campuses.
