The Bachelor of Science in Global Health equips you to address the interplay of structural, political, social, economic, and environmental determinants shaping global health. You will engage critically with many dimensions affecting global health, including government policies, demographic shifts, disparities in wealth, climate change, and many more. A Bachelor's degree in Global Health offers graduates diverse opportunities in international development organizations, the health sector both in Germany and globally, and in major international corporations.
Program delivery
This full-time, on-campus programme spans seven semesters and awards 210 ECTS credits. German students are required to complete a semester abroad in the 4th semester. International students can complete a semester abroad or choose from various modules within Fulda University or another university in Germany.
In the 5th and 6th semesters, all students participate in a study project that spans both semesters, providing an opportunity to apply their knowledge to practice.
The internship in the seventh semester, with an organization involved in the field of Global Health, is mandatory for all students.
