The Graduate Program in Philosophy has three different and at the same time integrated investigation axes: Ethics and Political Philosophy, History of Philosophy, Metaphysics, and Epistemology. The Program aims at promoting well-advised academic research in one or more of those three main areas of investigation. It also contributes to the academic formation of well-trained future Philosophy teachers, able to teach philosophical subject-matters at High-School level as well as at Universities. It encourages critical thinking in the formation of researchers able to politically intervene and contribute to complex contemporary social, ethical, political and philosophical debates.
