About: The MSc in Human Resource Management (MHF/MHP) blends theory and practice to help you solve organizational issues and become a more effective manager. The Faculty of Business pursues IDEAS (Innovation-driven Education and Scholarship) with a focus on Discovery, Design and Delivery. This conversion programme covers applied people management, organizational behavior, talent management, HR strategy and policy with local and global perspectives.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can enter roles such as HR manager, talent development consultant, HR business partner, or broader management and public sector HR positions. They apply skills in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership and HR analytics.
This programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications to help students understand and solve organisational issues. This helps students to become more effective managers.

To graduate, students need to complete 31 credits. There are two routes for attaining these 31 credits:
- 10 three-credit subjects (4 Compulsory and 6 Elective), plus one-credit Business Ethics;
- 4 Compulsory Subjects and 2 Elective Subjects, plus one-credit Business Ethics, three-credit Research Methods, and nine-credit Dissertation
Students may graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma upon completing 4 Compulsory Subjects and 3 Elective Subjects (21 credits), or with a Postgraduate Certificate upon completing Compulsory Subjects (12 credits).
