The BA (Hons) in Business (Management) is a three-year full-time program (180 ECTS) that is designed to provide a strong grounding in fundamental business concepts, ideas, practices, and methodologies. Throughout this EQF level 6/NFQ level 8 honors program, students will undertake a comprehensive and critical analysis of business organizations, functions, processes, and management techniques. Students will acquire a good understanding of general business theory and practice and the critical knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the resolution of business problems.
A broad spectrum of career opportunities is available to graduates of the BA (Hons) in Business (Management), including in areas such as marketing, sales, operations, information technology, finance, and general management.

The BA (Hons) in Business (Management) program is a six-semester, three-year program (180 ECTS). Courses comprise formative and summative assessments as well as group work and presentations.
This pathway provides students with a comprehensive understanding of business and management concepts, as well as detailed knowledge of business management as it is applied to selling, projects, analytics, and innovation. Program Structure
In the first year of this honors degree course, students will be given a thorough grounding with core courses in management, organization, marketing, finance, IT, and economics as they relate to business. In the second and third years, they will build on this knowledge to gain an advanced understanding of these key areas, as well as acquire specific knowledge and skills relating to management in specialist courses in this pathway. Their studies culminate in a final year capstone research project.

Program Manager
Program managers coordinate all projects that are taking place within an organization to ensure that they are aligned and will work toward accomplishing the organization’s overriding long-term goals and mission statement. With a global vision of the strategic direction needed by an organization, program managers develop new project proposals and will request funding for their implementation as well as track current project progress. Knowledge of industry standards and the latest state-of-the-art processes and technology are needed.
Program managers require high project management and leadership skills. These professionals must also be highly organized and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Business Development Manager
Business development managers will create and implement business plans to grow a company.
