Two Semesters (60 ECTS) + Final Master's Project + professional internships in prestigious and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Once the Master is finished, you will continue learning through professional internships of 3 to 6 months in prestigious and Michelin starred restaurants. The Professional Development Days will help you to be in touch with human resources representatives of the best restaurants and hotel groups worldwide.

Accreditation

Diploma of Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management by the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL).

In addition, if you have an official university degree, you will also obtain the Diploma of Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management by the University of Girona (professional private diploma). If you don't have an official university degree, you will get the Diploma of Specialization in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management by University of Girona.

Teaching staff

During the Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management you will attend classes taught by kitchen teachers, consultants and managers who are up to date with everything that is cooked in the gastronomic sector. In addition, you will attend master classes by Michelin-starred chefs and chefs of international prestige.
