The curriculum of this FP course includes theoretical classes, practical classes and professional visits to restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers and research centres, among others. All to achieve a 360º view of a restaurant and gastronomy establishment.
Cooking techniques, pre-preparation and preservation of food, culinary techniques, safety and hygiene in food handling, wine and its service or desserts in catering are some of the topics that you will cover in the Double Training Cycle.
Do you know what's best? You won't just learn the theory, but you'll also be able to put the acquired knowledge into practice every day in front of real clients. This is what we call learning by doing, a similarity to Dual FP.
