The Master ESG in Practice is aimed at graduates in any area of knowledge and entrepreneurs who want to consistently deepen their knowledge of the ESG Agenda, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, with profiles that may include:

• Critically analyze a sustainability education project.
• Clearly and critically discern the main aspects of sustainability, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, circular economy, regenerative economy, among others.
• Analyze relevant information in the field of sustainable investment, as a way to better understand the context of the ESG Agenda.
• Know and critically analyze the evolution and role of Governance in the ESG Agenda.
• Distinguish and critically analyze communication actions in order not to incur in greewashing, and how and when to communicate the purpose of organizations.
• Learn about market innovations towards ESG Data, and how the approach can contribute to Due Diligence.
• Conceptually develop sustainable business models.
• Knowing the critical reality of the context of the Anthropocene and the imminent ecological collapse.
• Articulate different tools and processes relevant to social responsibility, such as: reporting, social investment, community relations, risk management, among others.
• Develop and conduct collaborative practices to develop projects aimed at implementing sustainability and corporate social responsibility in the organizations where they operate.
• Reflect in the light of philosophy the ethical aspects and dilemmas that are always present in organizational life and in the implementation of sustainability.

*At the end of the course, students will present the course conclusion work (TCC) in person to a panel of professors. The presentation takes place at one of the ESPM units, in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Porto Alegre.
