Introduction
With our ESPM DNA of innovation and entrepreneurship, we created the law degree with a technology vertical and flexible discipline matrix, designed to train creative, digitally fluent professionals, prepared for all areas of this sector and the information society.
The ESPM Law course is divided into 4 axes:
Digital and Innovation
In this axis, the student will develop the necessary skills to work in the digital and legal innovation area. The following knowledge groups stand out:

- Intellectual property and innovation;
- Digital evidence and civil and criminal litigation.
General formation
The student will develop their cognitive skills and evolve their quantitative and socio-emotional skills through the ESPM Life Lab.

This axis brings together all the disciplines of administrative foundation, indispensable for a critical understanding of the sciences of administration and law. This knowledge will contribute to the formation of a highly differentiated legal professional who will understand in depth the economic and market processes and their impacts on law.
