About: The ESPM Law programme merges law, technology and business through four axes: Digital and Innovation, General Formation, Legal and Social Sciences, and Management. You’ll study digital business law, privacy and data protection, information security, intellectual property, digital evidence, traditional civil, criminal, constitutional and administrative law, research methods, jurimetry, economics, marketing and finance.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can pursue roles such as privacy and data protection lawyers, intellectual property attorneys, digital or cybersecurity legal consultants, litigators and arbitrators, corporate counsel and compliance officers, legal entrepreneurs and startup advisors, policy advisors, or legal analysts specializing in jurimetry and legal technology and innovation.

In this axis, the student will develop the necessary skills to work in the digital and legal innovation area. The following knowledge groups stand out:
