Introduction

The ESJ Lille Diploma is the school's oldest diploma. It is today a diploma recognized by the National Joint Commission for the Employment of Journalists (CPNEJ) and by the Ministry of Higher Education as being at “Master 2” level. You enter by competitive examination for Bac+3 (180 ECTS).

Schooling lasts two years in continuous assessment. At the end of these two years, students benefit from a double diploma (diploma from ESJ Lille and diploma from IEP Lille).

The students, 60 per class (including 10 international students), follow general education in the first year and specialized education in the second. Thanks to internships and collaborations with press companies, they leave school with recognized know-how and the first milestones in the media.

Students are supervised by a team of experienced journalists experienced in the requirements of teaching, led by training managers for radio, television, written press and multimedia teaching.

Students have the most modern professional equipment at their disposal: multimedia rooms, desktop publishing stations, radio studios, TV sets, etc. Or all the tools of a good professional journalist. They also have at their disposal the richest library in the field of media: 10,000 books, more than 300 publications.
