Introduction
The Master's Degree in Management is the training accelerator that will allow you to position yourself in a business or entrepreneurship environment.
The ESIC University MIM is designed so that you can add value to the company, acquiring a set of competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to develop your professional life in a context characterized by complexity, globalization and digitalization.

The academic program is made up of four learning modules and a final group project. All this with a very practical approach and close to business reality.

Practical part
Workshops
The program has leveling workshops, which are training content prior to the teaching of specific subjects, with the aim of leveling the knowledge and skills of the students:
- Introduction to finance and accounting (3 ECTS)
- Introduction to business management and direction (3 ECTS)
Licenses and Tools
SPSS for statistics. In addition, business simulators are used that replicate a business competition environment so that candidates can make strategic decisions and check their results and useful tools for strategic design.
