The BSc (Hons) Global Political Science programme at the European School of Economics is designed to:

ESE’s internship placements are integral to preparing students for impactful careers in political science, leadership, and diplomacy.
ESE encourages students – both undergraduate and postgraduate – to come to the European School of Economics regardless of their financial circumstances. The scholarships ESE offers enable prospective students to receive reductions in tuition. No reduction is allowed on the Registration Fee and/or on other applicable fees.
Eligibility
All scholarships are awarded subject to the prospective student meeting ESE’s entry requirements and abiding by the rules and regulations. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship the student will need to have been accepted and offered admission to study at ESE.
Application for Scholarship
Scholarships are awarded across all programmes of study, varying from nominal to substantial tuition reduction. Students interested in securing scholarships are encouraged to apply using the prescribed Scholarship Application Form available online and at the Office of Admission.
Upon completing the Bachelor of Science in Global Political Science at the European School of Economics, students will be equipped to:
- Understand Key Concepts in Political Science: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the history of political thought, international relations, geopolitics, and the sociology of work and organisation.
- Develop Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Utilise quantitative methods for analysing political and economic data, enhancing the ability to make informed decisions in political science contexts.
- Cultivate Specialised Knowledge in Diplomacy, Leadership, and Trade: Acquire specialised knowledge in three key areas – Diplomacy, Leadership, and Trade – through focused study and practical application.
- Apply Theoretical Knowledge to Practical Situations: Utilise knowledge in real-world scenarios through internships and workshops, applying theories and concepts to contemporary issues in global politics.
- Master Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills: Develop advanced communication skills, including proficiency in a foreign language, and gain expertise in negotiations and crisis management.
- Understand and Influence Political Decision-Making: Learn about political decision-making processes, including the roles of European institutions and international law in the global political system.
- Foster Leadership and Teamwork Abilities: Enhance leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in teams, crucial for roles in international politics, diplomacy, and global trade.
- Conduct Comprehensive Research in Political Science: Undertake detailed research projects, demonstrating the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret information to inform policy-making and political strategies.
