Block 2 – Circular Economy Strategy Implementation Sustainable business models, financing innovation, from strategy to action plans, sustainability controlling & management, masterclasses (Frugal Innovation, Waste Management, Leadership…).
Block 3 – Evaluation of Performance of Societal and Environmental Impacts Sustainability performance indicators, green finance, audit techniques, implementation of circular economy practices, lean process improvement.
