    About : This Specialization in Human Talent Management focuses on developing skills in managing and maximizing employee potential. This specialization presented by Universidad Panamericana through the High Level Business School provides knowledge and tools for tactical and operational aspects of managing people in organizations. Graduates of these programs are generally well trained to carry out the "day to day" activities in Human Resources departments.

Admission profile

  • Professional graduated and graduated at the undergraduate level from any university career of university recognized by CEPS in Guatemala or university recognized in the country of origin.
  • University degree: Specialization in Human Talent Management.
    • University degree: Specialization in Human Talent Management.
  • People with university studies and work experience but do not have a degree level.
  • Diploma: Specialization in Human Talent Management.

Registration requirements

Legible photocopy of identification document –DPI, Form, payment Registration, delivery of grade stationery when applicable.

Administrative egress processes

Students who have closed their pensum and approved their final report of the project of this specialization of Universidad Panamericana (Guatemala), must develop the following steps of the administrative graduation process:

University degree specialization

  • Be enrolled in the Universidad Panamericana as a regular student.
  • Request their cash solvency, stating that they have no debts with the University.
  • Request library solvency.
  • Request solvency in Academic Control.
  • With the respective solvencies, request the respective opinions from the secretary of the faculty.
  • Present the printed version of the result of your final work to the Secretary of the Vice-rectory, including the opinions for a final review of the form on the main pages of the document that will be sent to print.
  • When the graduation work is printed, three printed copies and a digital version will be delivered to the central library and one will be kept on file in the dean.
  • The Dean will set the date and the graduation protocol.

Diploma

  • Be enrolled in the Universidad Panamericana as a regular student.
  • Request their cash solvency, stating that they have no debts with the University.
