Key Summary
Would you like to study in two countries and acquire practical insights into global management in a compact master’s program? Then opt for the MSc Global Management and Digital Competencies degree program at ESB Business School. The 15-month program is taught entirely in English and students complete the classes at universities in two countries: You will spend the first part of your studies at one of our international partner universities in France, Italy, Ireland, or Canada, and the second part at ESB Business School in Germany. At the end of your studies, you will receive a single or a double degree (depending on the partner university chosen). The degree program pays particular attention to the global dimension of business and management in an age of digital transformation. It makes you aware of the impact of digitalization on organizations and gives you the skillset to manage the arising challenges and opportunities. This program is ideal if you have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and have already gained first work experience of at least 6 months – this may include internships – and not more than 5 years. As a graduate of ESB’s MSc Global Management and Digital Competencies, you will have in-depth knowledge of the global business context, the relevant business toolbox, digital skills, and leadership skills to successfully tackle the challenges facing global companies. This qualification profile will enable you to find attractive employment in a wide variety of corporate sectors.

Management career with a single or double degree
Spend the first part of your studies in France, Ireland, Italy or Canada, and complete the second half at ESB Business School in Reutlingen. At both locations, you will study entirely in English.

- How do you use tools such as Design Thinking or Scrum as part of agile project management?
Study in two countries: In the Master of Science in Global Management and Digital Competencies program, you will spend the first part of your studies at one of four international partner universities and then complete the second part at ESB Business School in Reutlingen.
