With the DIN Master you will become an essential lawyer for these companies, with a flexible program compatible with your working life, created so that you acquire complete knowledge of the current legal regulations applicable to business operations and their operators, both nationally and international, and that has complementary thematic areas.
Core content You will take a solid training in Business Law and Litigation. | Complementary modules You will add added knowledge by taking a Module in Management, a Module in Innovation and a Humanistic Module, which will allow you to innovate in the world of law by applying new visions and new ways of doing things. | Specialization and Experiential Modules You will take an intensification in Compliance, M&A, Competition, Arbitration or Real Estate. You will travel to the US, Europe or Asia to carry out a summer program. You will participate in experiential subjects that will lead you to apply your knowledge and collaborate with young ESADE entrepreneurs. |
Methodology
The best qualities of legal professionals are developed in practice, on a daily basis and with real cases. During the DIN Master you will apply everything you learn to real cases, while you will promote reasoning and develop the ability to work in a team.
How are the classes
The classes have their most practical basis in dialogue and active participation: the teacher presents a topic or a case, which is discussed among all, with the different interventions of the students.
All cases describe real situations, thus facilitating their analysis and the search for solutions, applying the knowledge acquired. The class will encourage the approach of different approaches and points of view of each student in the solution of the same case, as well as the discussion about it. In this way, the perspective is enriched and the participants are encouraged to integrate knowledge and experiences of both classmates and teachers.
