Approved by the CEFI (National Joint Commission for Employment and Vocational Training of the Real Estate branch), ENACO is the only Online Business School offering you the possibility of completing your BTS in Real Estate Professions under a professionalization contract.

The objectives of the Real Estate Professions training

The BTS in Real Estate Professions allows you to acquire skills in both real estate management and real estate transactions , the two business skills essential to progress in the real estate field.

The objective of the distance learning BTS is to train you in:

• Building a client portfolio
• Real estate valuation
• Real estate negotiation
• Co-ownership management
• Rental management
• Promotion of real estate

ENACO allows you to prepare your BTS Professions Immobilières remotely in two years. The distance BTS PI offered by ENACO is a national higher education diploma at Bac +2 level which awards 120 ECTS credits as well as a level 5 RNCP title. Our program is therefore subject to the control of National Education and our educational materials strictly comply with the official reference system. The BTS PI is accessible to candidates holding a Baccalaureate or equivalent.

The remote BTS PI allows you to obtain two professional cards: the T card (Transaction) and the G card (Management) issued by the CCI to become a real estate agent. The T card allows you to carry out real estate transactions.

An internship period is included in your distance learning BTS PI . Lasting 14 weeks, including at least 6 consecutive weeks in the first year of schooling, this internship will allow you to put into practice the skills and knowledge you will have acquired throughout your studies. The remote BTS PI can also be supported by Continuing Professional Training systems.

Information about internships

Your distance learning BTS PI course includes a 14-week internship period, including 6 consecutive weeks in the first year. During your internship, you must address the two aspects of your training: real estate management and real estate transaction.

Concerning salaried candidates exercising their profession in the field of real estate, internships are not compulsory. They can be replaced by one or more work certificates attesting that you are employed in activities related to real estate management and real estate transaction, as presented in the BTS PI repository. These activities must have been carried out as a full-time employee for 6 months during the year preceding the exam or part-time for one year during the two years preceding the exam.
