Introduction

The Bachelor in Nursing combines theoretical and practical training with a strong practical component. Students will have internships in hospitals, health care centres, and nursing homes from the first to the last year of their degree. Aware of the challenges posed every day by nurses and the complexity of the health and disease situations they face, the Undergraduate Degree in Nursing prepares competent nurses, capable of joining healthcare teams and responding to any request.

Nursing is a prestigious occupation, with good employability levels, and the reflection of this and the quality of our degree is the wide acceptance our nurses experience in the labour market in Portugal and abroad. If you seek a profession with a high human component, if you are tailored to help, and if you like others, then nursing is your future!

Training efficiency plays a crucial role in academic success, allowing closer and more personalised monitoring of student development, creating opportunities for continuous adjustments, and more effective teaching strategies.
