Key Summary
Program Outcome
General Training Objectives
For the First 2 Years
The sales administration manager (ADV) occupies a strategic role within his company. It is he who is responsible for the smooth running of sales between his company and its customers, throughout the process, from ordering to delivery.
He is responsible for negotiations with future buyers in order to best define the conditions of sale. He must also carry out the control and proper registration of the various sales contracts. Versatile, it ensures the relay between the customer and the various departments of their company such as sales, the accounting department or even transporters.
The ADV manager carries out both financial and administrative monitoring missions: he deploys the procedures that can be put in place and ensures that they run smoothly.
Pour la 3ème Année
Several studies converge to identify that sales functions appear in the top 3 most sought-after functions in 2020. A 3% increase in the recruitment of sales development managers is expected. 60% of young salespeople have a level 6 qualification and 88% of salespeople are on permanent contracts. According to the “Réseau Dirigeants Commerciaux de France”, it is nevertheless difficult to recruit good salespeople. Companies are looking for profiles capable of implementing commercial action plans adapted to the targeted geographic areas and detecting new commercial opportunities. Business development manager profiles must develop negotiation skills in a multicultural context and adapt quickly to customer needs. They also ensure reporting of commercial activity. Finally, they have to manage teams and monitor commercial performance.
The main developments in certification since its renewal in 2015 are the integration of digital tools and professional social networks in the commercial function, the development of omni-channel sales strategies and the progression of e-commerce, the development of negotiation remotely and managerial innovation.
