Introduction
The Level 2 award in Electrical Installations is designed for learners who aspire to build a career as an electrician, but dont yet meet the criteria for apprenticeships. Upon successful completion of the programme, you could progress to Level 3 Electrical Installation or an Electrical Installation Apprenticeship. You will gain confidence studying a variety of units and gain skills practising electrical installations in a simulated working environment. During your course you will have external speakers, work experience and industry enrichment to give you opportunities to gain work and an apprenticeship.
Building Talent Together This particular course represents a pathway to further progression towards much higher level qualifications that are run by the South Coast Institute of Technology. The South Coast Institute of Technology is a collaboration of five further education colleges and two universities. We work with well known employers to deliver industry-led courses which fill skills gaps and support the economic growth of the South Coast.
