You will develop the key competencies and practice the necessary tools to improve the competitiveness of the company from the field of operations and supply chain management, both in general and in some of its specific areas (Production, Plant Management, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, R&D, etc.) for any type of business sector and organization, whether for products and/or services.
- Implement continuous improvement processes that guarantee the maintenance of competitiveness from the point of view of operations.
- Understand and take advantage of the use of new Industry 4.0 technologies, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.
- Understand the basic financial concepts associated with operations and business unit management.
- Know the most important approaches and concepts of operations management and design action plans for their improvement in standard situations.
- Lead, manage and implement corporate projects in the field of Operations and SCM, combining technique, planning, resources and people.
- Recognize the most useful models, concepts and techniques for supply chain optimization.
- Identify, plan and control business processes from the point of view of the value they add to the supply chain.
- Use simulators to analyze situations and generate improvement scenarios.
- Design a strategic plan to improve operations and the supply chain that includes elements of innovation.
- Lead work teams that generate value and improve their effectiveness in the relationship with other areas of the company.
