Introduction

Bachelor in Mode

The experiment is always the starting point for the projects at Mode, and almost all projects include a study of the concept of "the beautiful". It is searched, asked questions and challenged in a workspace far from the media's "fashion circus".

Study trips primarily serve as a starting phase for one of this year's projects. As a fashion student, there are of course several obvious destinations where you will be able to get next season's trends served: Paris, New York, London, Milan. But as we want to train designers who can set new directions instead of following in the footsteps of others, we try to find new places, such as Zagreb or Istanbul.

The students at Mode help to set the agenda for professional development. Overall, work is based on three issues, all of which are closely linked:

  • What shapes us as human beings today?
  • Thoughts on consumption patterns and sustainability
  • The visual noise - the man in the city
