Introduction

Program with 25 years of existence that has two mentions: Strategic Communication and Public Opinion.

The mention in Strategic Communication seeks to optimize the practice of strategic communication in all types of organizations, with an emphasis on innovation, creativity, and research. Concepts and tools necessary for strategic communication are delivered in public, private, or non-profit entities.

In addition, reflection on the dimensions and new academic and professional trends of current communication processes in their cultural and globalization context is promoted.

The program develops in its students an advanced level of analytical thinking to understand the situation faced by organizations internally and/or externally, applying and relating theories, concepts, and tools to manage with the work team.

The mention in Public Opinion provides theoretical and methodological elements to understand the relationship between media consumption (traditional and digital) and the construction of public opinion and the news agenda. Likewise, it transmits key concepts about audiences and the operation of digital media and online social networks.

The program will be taught in face-to-face hybrid mode. Classes will be held both in-person and online, simultaneously.
