Step 1: Register in the Online Admission System

Registration in the system is mandatory for all potential candidates. The system is an official communication tool. Creating a candidate profile starts the communication process.

Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes at Czestochowa University of Technology in accordance with the GDPR - see the Information clause

Step 2: Upload Educational Documents

Upload in the system scans of your official educational documents (certificate, grade list, diploma, transcript, etc.)

It is mandatory to determine the amount of the recruitment fee.

Step 3: Pay the Recruitment Fee 85 PLN / 100 PLN

• 85 PLN – applies to: candidates for second-cycle (Master’s) studies, candidates for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies whose educational documents come from countries with automatic recognition: EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China.
• 100 PLN – applies to: candidates for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies whose educational documents come from countries outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China.
  These candidates are also required to take an entrance exam.

Step 4: Qualification of Documents

Once your documents are reviewed and either fully accepted or conditionally approved, you will be invited to an online interview.

Step 5: Online Interview

You will have a short online interview via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of the interview is to briefly discuss the applicant's academic interests and motivation for applying to the program.

Step 6: Online Entrance Exam

The entrance exam applies only to candidates for the first-cycle studies whose educational documents are not automatically recognized (outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China). You paid 100 PLN as the recruitment fee.

If your interview is accepted, you will take an entrance exam online. This will be held on a scheduled date for a group of candidates via Microsoft Teams.

Technical Tips:
- We recommend using the Microsoft Teams application and setting up an account on the platform in advance.
- Please ensure a stable internet connection.
- Candidates should have a working webcam and microphone
- We recommend checking before the meeting that you can log into Teams and that the microphone and camera are working.

Step 7: Pay the Tuition Fee

If you have successfully completed all previous recruitment steps relevant to your application, please pay the tuition fee.

Tuition fee: 1200 EUR per semester.

Payment instructions will be available in the system.

Step 8: Acceptance Letter

Once we confirm your payment, you will receive your official Acceptance Letter.

We do not send originals by express courier. You can order and pay for the courier yourself. In this case, remember to send us the shipping documents and let us know in advance when the package will be picked up.
