Commercial Cooking Plus Externship: 600 Hours

With a focus on hands-on learning, the Commercial Cooking Plus Externship program highlights the practical side of commercial food preparation. Graduates of this program are well-prepared for careers in restaurants, corporate and other food service departments and for entry-level positions, including prep cook, line cook, or garde manger.
