Introduction

How to strategically manage human resources in a company, enterprise or corporation in accordance with the organization's plans? You will get the answer to this question at the Strategic Human Resource Management specialization. If you have completed the Psychology in Management or Human Resource Management (HR) specialization or similar in the 1st cycle studies, you probably already know that human resources strategy can contribute to the business strategy, but at the same time it is justified by it. During the master's studies you will develop and improve skills related to such macro issues as: structure, values, culture, quality, commitment, agility, competences, talent management or development management in the context of long-term human issues as elements of strategic management processes in an organization. You will also gain knowledge and skills that will help you build a strategy that will meet the needs of the organization and will be consistent with the current or desired organizational culture, and will equip the organization with the ability to effectively deal with external pressures and demands arising from them. During your studies you will prepare to work as an HR specialist, personal consultant, training trainer, as well as to perform independent managerial and managerial functions in the area of human resource management of enterprises, organizations and public sector institutions.
