Coaching for Change is proud to offer the Institute of Leadership and Management’s (ILM) Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification. This qualification is designed to support leaders in the development of management coaching and mentoring skills, as well as helping them to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

What Does The ILM Level 5 Coaching Qualification Involve?

This qualification can be gained through two approaches:

7 days of classroom learning;
A blend of three days of classroom learning and then additional time spent learning via an internal portal at your own convenience.

Whichever of these approaches you take you will be required to spend 12 hours of your time coaching within your organization, building up the practical experience of coaching and logging your work.

Who Is The Qualification Aimed At?
