Doctorate of Education - Transformational Leadership

This fully online Doctorate degree program develops transformational leaders inside and outside the education sector. This three year accredited Ed.D. program consists of courses seven and a half weeks in length, limited to a cohort of 15 candidates to maintain program quality. A virtual residency component makes Concordia’s Ed.D. program one of the nation’s first to extend the benefits of an online curriculum to the residency portion of doctoral education programs. Students in this program gain the leadership and administration skills to bring immediate and long-term transformation in schools, church, academic, corporate and non-profit organizations.
