About: The Master of Administration (MBA) from Universidad de Medellín trains leaders with strategic thinking, foresight, innovation and critical judgment. It develops skills in geopolitics, national and international contexts, business management, organizational direction and foresight tools. The programme traces roots to Quibdó in 1995, when teachers and Claretian Missionaries organized university‑recognized distance biblical study to meet community demand for quality training.

The Master of Administration - MBA from the Universidad de Medellín aims to train leaders with strategic thinking, professionals with a vision of the future, creators and innovators, with critical positions, and capable of responding to business challenges and challenges from the future. Our teachers will count on very good knowledge of the environment national and international, geopolitics, and of the management of foresight tools that allow them to develop better levels of competition in organizations' business (public or private) or social.
Professionals who graduated with the Master's in Administration - MBA from the University of Medellín will be adequately trained for business management and direction correspond to the vision of a world globalized and highly competitive; able to interpret and respond to changes that are presented in national markets and international and prepared to understand and respond to the different situations of the economic, political, social and technological environment faced by companies. In other words, graduates of the Master's in Administration - MBA will be actors and authors of complex decisions for the resolution of organizational problems; will be an inability to solve complex problems taking into account the social implications, political, cultural, technological, and economic decisions about the organizational dynamics that he directs or to which he belongs. It will also be able to build knowledge from their experiences and the validation in the practice of universally accepted theoretical models.
