The doctor of Philosophy Program in Nursing Science(international program) is a program that focuses on graduates to be leading researchers in nursing, who are knowledgeable and able to integrate knowledge in nursing science, research, and holistic personal care concepts that focus on health and living literacies and aim to build knowledge in nursing to improve public health in complex health services. as well as being able to work together as a network partner with the public and private sectors. In addition, this program aims at graduates to participate in the determination of professional and health policy professional practice based on the ethics of academics. and nursing professional ethics which is a response to the need to increase the potential of Thailand in improving the well-being of the people to be equal to the civilized countries.

This program provides full-time education by providing a hybrid model of teaching and learning in the classroom and learning through Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the future society. This means that students are required self-directed learning to be lifelong learners through the learning and teaching process of interactive learning via information technology and social media/network systems. This method will make a connection between students and teachers by sharing the skills in learning and sharing of knowledge. The teacher has the role of facilitator in knowledge management for the learners to develop themselves sufficiently and sustainably able to direct knowledge or create changes in the health service system.
