Career Outcomes: Graduates can serve as Christian life coaches, mentors, ministry leaders, discipleship coordinators, or faith-based counselors (non-therapeutic), working in churches, nonprofits, coaching practices, or online platforms. They'll coach individuals and groups to pursue vocation, character development, and spiritual formation.

How is Life Coaching different from Counseling?
Life coaching is not counseling or therapy. While counseling seeks to heal the wounds of the past, life coaching focuses on today—and the future. A counselor helps clients work through pain or trauma, but a Christian Life Coach helps clients recognize where they are now, clarify their God-given goals, and develop a step-by-step plan to move forward with vision, accountability, and faith.
