Introduction

The Master's program in Anti-Corruption and the Justice System offered by the SC Postgraduate Studies Center is the result of a process of evolution whose objective is to be a pioneer and leader in the training of professionals of the highest level of competence, so that the graduate is qualified to assist in the integration of research groups; assisting in the advice, formulation and development of proposed guidelines in the improvement of the various instances of the National Anticorruption System.

The objective of our program is to train experts with solid knowledge and skills in the prevention and combat of crimes and misdemeanors related to corruption and related acts, so that state authorities at all levels, as well as individuals and legal entities of all types prevent this type of crime and are not involved in the applicable penal and administrative sanctioning processes; as well as for the prosecution and prosecution bodies to investigate, prosecute and discourage these behaviors caused by the offense that is harmful to society; This is based on the application of the premises, technical processes and procedures of prevention and combat in the governmental sphere, the sphere of the company and of the natural person, of course;
