About: The PhD in Human Systems Consulting trains professionals in humanistic-systemic and systemic-constructionist methods to research, teach, and apply strategies that promote well-being, integration, and productivity across individuals, families, groups, and institutions. The programme targets candidates with a Master's degree in systemic approaches to psychotherapy, education, research, or organizational consulting and focuses on developing skills in assessment, intervention design, systemic change, and research.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can work as organizational consultants, family and couples therapists, systemic psychotherapists, researchers, educational consultants, or change agents in public and nonprofit sectors, applying systemic consulting, programme design, evaluation, and leadership to improve social systems.

The mission of the Doctorate in Human Systems Consulting program is to train professionals with the highest personal and academic level, trained for teaching, research, and application of fundamental strategies in a systemic-constructionist vision that is effective for the development of health comprehensive and the productivity of the various systems that make up our community.
