Based on the above qualities and aptitudes, it is a commitment that applicants to obtain the academic degree of Master in Economic Law, graduate as a practice to transform and update systems, with skills that the student will acquire upon graduation, mainly in the following facets :

Determine the impacts of the different variables on the demand for a particular product and therefore on its sales.

Analyze the market situation faced by a company to set production and price policies.

Analyze the impact of industrial policies to regulate or promote government on a particular industry or company.

Plan, direct or advise the activities of the company when they must be subject to current legal regulations, in order to prevent or avoid conflicts and, where appropriate, take charge of the litigation that there is a need to attend to settle legal claims of its clients.

Design economic and market strategies to face national and international competition.

Analyze the impacts of economic policy (monetary, fiscal, commercial, etc.) on economic law.

Design models and analysis tools to explain macroeconomic problems.

Know the international casuistry of stabilization problems.

To interpret in a global way the problems of the economic development of Mexico and other countries.

Build, analyze and evaluate economic models of chance between variables.

Prepare and analyze economic information with the use of computational resources.

Make forecasts of economic law variables, using quantitative tools and economic models.

Produce reports on the economic situation regarding the sectoral, regional, and global economic evaluation of the country.

Carry out feasibility studies for private and public investment projects, as well as market studies for goods and services.
