Introduction

Due to the increasing demand for administrators in retirement communities, Centennial College offers the Retirement Communities Management program with the support of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) and Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA). Retirement homes in Ontario are regulated under the Retirement Homes Act, only RHRA licenses retirement homes, and the majority of licensed homes are ORCA members.

This program is offered ideally to those candidates with an academic background or managerial experience in a related health or business discipline. The competency-based curriculum will prepare you for a challenging, dynamic management career in a recognized sector.
