To train qualified researchers in the field of educational research, in order to be able to formulate, develop, participate, and/or direct unpublished interdisciplinary research, which contributes to achieving a greater and better understanding of the problems inherent to the educational field for the benefit direct from students and educational systems.

To train highly qualified human resources, capable of critically analyzing the educational reality and generating, from reflection, new professional practices that contribute to the improvement of the society in which these practices are exercised.
