Introduction

The Master's Program in Law, with an area of concentration in Alterity and Fundamental Rights, has two lines of research, namely: Line A called Bioethics, Alterity and the Social Environment and Line B entitled Public Policies and the Implementation of Fundamental Rights.

Fostering otherness as a principle capable of giving all polarities equal rights of expression. (BYINGTON, 2015) is the great paradigm that guides the course. It seeks to promote the training of researchers who absorb the need to produce knowledge capable of overcoming predatory and exploitative attitudes of the environment in which they operate and act with a loving, ecological, democratic, and compassionate vision that we hope can ensure the future of humanity (BYINGTON, 2008).
