By following the curriculum and actively participating in the HRM program at CUD, students have the opportunity to sit for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) accreditation upon graduation and jump-start their careers in the profession. The SHRM alignment also reflects the HRM program’s alignment with CUD’s strategic goals: to prepare our students for the practical realities of the workplace and to deliver value-adding services to our regional community.
