This program focuses on the deepening of your understanding of the methodologies that govern the reading of literary and documentary primary sources, and the strengthening of the awareness of the dialectical relationship between past and present. Depending on the curriculum you choose, you will develop knowledge and skills in the mediaeval/Renaissance period or the modern/contemporary eras.
The program also offers you the possibility of obtaining a double degree with the Université di Tours (France).
Curriculum
This Italian-taught master's degree program offers two curricula, or study paths, from which to choose:
- Medievale-rinascimentale (Mediaeval/Renaissance Period)
- Moderno-contemporaneo (Modern/Contemporary Period)
- Europeo (European)

Ca’ Foscari University offers 20 high-achieving international students, intersted in a master degree programme, renewable scholarship packages of 10,000 euro a year
