BSc in Computer Science - Data Science

The programme offers three curricula

• Data Science (entirely taught in English)
• European Computer Science (entirely taught in Italian)
• Technologies and Information Science (entirely taught in Italian)

Some of the areas of study covered by the curriculum in Data Science include:

• Computer programming and laboratories
• Introduction to computer programming
• Artificial intelligence
• Software engineering
• Social network analysis
• Data wrangling and visualization

Students enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science have the opportunity to obtain a double degree in European Computer Science (ECS) at one of the partner Universities joining the ECS Consortium.

Graduates can pursue careers in the software production and data analysis sectors with manufacturing companies in the fields of information systems and processor networks, or with organisations, local authorities and professional laboratories that work with complex information processing systems and methods.
