About: The Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) at UP Education—through Builders Academy Australia and City‑Wide Building & Training Services—is a nationally recognized VET programme. It’s offered on‑campus, online, distance or blended across Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. Two streams run: experienced (must have 5+ years’ experience or Certificate IV) and standard. The course readies you for supervisory, management and estimating roles in residential and commercial construction.
Career Outcomes: You can pursue project supervisor, building manager, site supervisor, estimator, project manager, foreperson roles or move into construction manager and contracts administrator, or start a building business.

With a nationally-recognised qualification, you will potentially be able to pursue roles such as

We run two separate streams for this course, one for people with 5+ years of industry experience (experienced stream). We also run classes for those with less than 5 years of experience (standard stream).
For our experienced stream, you must be currently working with at least five years of experience or you must have prior learning by obtaining a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).
